At Wested we try our best to get your perfect made and ready for you, whether it’s off the rack or made to order. Unfortunately with great products comes great responsibility, we are only a small company with a lot of customers to please, a lot of specific requests to administer and a lot of different countries to ship to.
Made to order jackets are made as quickly as possible, sometimes taking up to 21 working days until the jacket is completed, any further delay you will be notified on. Any extra alteration on the jacket such as changing the pockets to a different shape/type or changing the stitching a great deal will result in the jacket being non-refundable, a partial refund may be available however a full refund will never be issued. This is explained in the ‘refund policy’.
Wested staff are not able to tell you what measurements you require by yourself providing your height and weight, we are here to advise you on the correct measurements however without seeing you in person we are unable to guess the correct measurements and cannot be held responsible for any measurements suggested to the customer unless they are measured at Wested Leather. Measurements should allow at least ½” tolerance as leather stretches in wear, we try and get as close to your measurement as possible but please remember we are working with a natural material which has many different variables making it more complex than every day clothing.
Alterations and repairs are available on Wested Leather for our own and other brand jacket, trousers , waistcoats etc. We ask to see a picture or see the item in person before we are able to give a price. Prices may go up or down dependant on the damage and how many hours work go into the item. Wested staff will charge at their discretion, no two jackets are the same so prices will vary.
Delivery does not cover any extra charges such as local taxes or custom charges. Unfortunately these charges change per address making it impossible to add them within the price. We try to keep our postage as low as possible to enable an overall lower price for our customers. All parcels sent from Wested are tracked and insured to ensure the safety of your goods. Signature is required upon delivery, as may some custom charges dependant on your address.

The information collected from customers when signing up is used for billing and administration purposes only and will be kept confidential. Contact information collected will be contact details and payment information (credit or debit card). None of which will be passed onto third parties.
When visitors use the website, information such as the ISP's domain, the time accessed and the pages visited will be stored by us. This is to analyse the web traffic and improve content of the site.
Any personal information contained within customer's websites and online shops is their own responsibility. We have taken security measures to ensure that our customers are protected against loss, alteration or misuse.
Repair policy – Wested are happy to refurbish jackets and repair leather items however we do ask for the items to be picked up 3 months after the service is complete, if you cannot pick the item up in time simply let a member of staff know. Wested cannot hold the items forever and if the item is left with no contact for over three months it will be destroyed.
